Please note the following!

Prescription from your doctor

For occupational therapy, you need a prescription from your general practitioner or specialist. For children, 10 therapy sessions of 60 minutes each are usually prescribed.

Do you have questions about the prescription or the therapy process? Don’t hesitate to contact me — I’ll be happy to advise you.

The prescription must include the following information

Name
Diagnosis
Duration and frequency (e.g. 10× occupational therapy, 60 minutes each)

If you require mobile occupational therapy, the prescription must explicitly state “with home visit”.

Please also note …

From the second appointment onward, a **chief medical officer’s approval** is required for certain insurance providers such as **SVA and BVA**.

After completing all therapy sessions, please send the **original prescription** (including the **chief medical approval**, if applicable), the **invoice**, and **one receipt with your bank account details** to your health insurance provider in order to receive reimbursement.
